Eat Love - Shredded Carrot&Zuchinni

Simples!

One of the things that annoys me the most when I don't have time to cook it's to cut vegetables. The knife has to be super sharp to create thin slices to cook quickly, so most of the time I just don't cook them and eat them raw on a juice!
This recipe goes right to that lack of time to dedicate myself 100% to cooking, and instead of slicing the vegetables I sheredded them! Simple!

Ingredientes

* 2 courgetes

* 3 cenouras

* 2 dentes de alho

* sal grosso qb

* pimenta preta qb

* azeite qb

* Queijo Suíço aos pedaços

Ralar a courgete e a cenoura.

Ingredients

* 2 zucchinis

* 3 carrots

* 2 garlic cloves

* sea salt

* fresh grounded black pepper

* olive oil

* Swiss Cheese (or another strong flavoured cheese)

Shred the zucchini and the carrots. Add a tbale spoon of olive oil into a pan and then add the smached garlic and cook till it gets gold. Add the shredded vegetables  and mix with the garlic and olive oil (5/6min). Add the salt and pepper as much as you wish.
Serve with your favourite shredded cheese, (I used one that I brought from Switzerland) it can be parmesan or another cheese as long as it's a strong one to add flavour!

Eat Love - Rice cakes!

It is a fact that there's nothing better than a freshly baked bread first thing in the morning. Spreading it with cheese, honey or fruit gelly would be perfection, but there are days that we just cannot give ourselves those kinds of treats, specially when we walk out the door still chewing our breakfast!
I bring you the famous unflavoured rice cakes, tranformed into tasty tartines! Many of us don't apreciate this rounded popcorn texture cakes, but I can tell you that they are so low in calories (aprox. 32kcal each) that you can learn to like them! And they are just perfect to keep in the pantry when we don't have time to pick freshly baked bread!

Ingredientes

* Bolachas de Arroz

* Iogurte grego

* Manteiga de amendoim

* Grânola

* Morangos

* Pêra Rocha

The main idea is to be creative and make diferent toppings.

Ingredients

* Rice cakes

* Greek Yogurt

* Peanut butter

* Granola

* Strawberries

* Pear

Go out of the box and you'll see that you can make a breakfast from heaven!

Eat Love - Mint Lemonade!

It seems that Summer is already out there. At least I let myself walk around Lisbon with a T-shirt without feeling chill! Wich is a very good sign!
I recommend a simple and cool recipe for a warm and sunny day! Simple and easy as usual.

Ingredientes

* 3 limões

* 1 mão cheia de folhas de hortelã

* 2 copos grandes de água
